Hieronymus Albrecht Hass was a German harpsichord and clavichord maker working in Hamburg. Many of his refined and elegant clavichords, decorated with rare and precious materials (tortoise, mother of pearl …), have survived to this day.Our model is the one formerly in the Christopher Hoogwood Collection (UK). It has 5 octaves with the 4\u2019 in the lower section of the keyboard.<\/span><\/p>\n
