The son of Johann Friederici, Christian Ernst was a German maker of all kinds of keyboard instruments. He had a broad knowledge of instruments from other makers too. This model \u2013 my favourite \u2013 combines easy playing with a rich and warm sound with a very present fundamental tone. Our copies are after an original at the Grassi Museum in Leipzig.<\/span><\/p>\n
