Some of his works survive today, and the one shown is a recent discovery, confirmed by analyzing its frames, which perfectly match the instrument kept at the Smithsonian Musem in Washington. The analysis was carried out by Denzil Wright, the expert behind this specific method for the comparison of frames. Thanks to his discovery, he was able to add the instrument to the builder\u2019s catalogue.
